Johnsons Skoda Redditch were great because they are always polite and happy and accommodating. The work done is always to a great standard.

Whilst I was very satisfied with the work completed,, I was not happy with the attitude of the person in the call centre who booked my car in for service and air con work, but said she could not book for an urgent MOT. When I spoke to the service department at Redditch Johnson’s, I was told that they would have helped me, However I had had to find another garage to do my MOT and pay for this, instead of using my service plan.

My experience at Johnsons Skoda Redditch was memorable because it was friendly, professional and on line with alternative options for vat servicing.
